Veit and Simon spent years working together, with Veit leading digital transformation programs and Simon responsible for technology and implementation. Across industries and clients, they kept seeing the same problem: consulting firms could define the strategy and operating model, while software vendors could implement technology, but nobody was accountable for the transformation from strategy to implementation.

The gap between strategy and execution is where many transformation efforts lose momentum. Priorities are defined, budgets are approved, and projects are
launched, but the connection to working solutions often breaks down before value reaches the business.

Clients lacked neither ambition, investment, nor technology. They needed a partner able to connect strategic direction with practical delivery and build solutions that worked within their actual processes, systems, and constraints.

In 2024, Veit and Simon joined forces with Fabian, who brought more than a decade of experience leading complex client delivery programs in the same space. Together, they founded Lowgile to close the gap between strategy, technology, and implementation..
